Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Traffic Manager who will be the operational hub for the club's internal agency, managing timelines, resources, and progress across the club's creative projects to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end creative and content workflows across the agency. Scope projects, build schedules, and maintain tracking systems. Handle project intake and ensure clear briefs with defined deliverables. Coordinate internal team resources and proactively address capacity issues. Serve as the central contact, keeping teams aligned and informed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on timelines and expectations. Lead progress updates and provide pipeline visibility to leadership. Champion operational improvements and support workflow technology. Enforce quality standards and ensure timely asset delivery. Monitor project performance to enhance team efficiency. Minimum Requirements Essential 4+ years in traffic, project, or operations (creative/content/in‑house agency) Exceptional project & resource management (proven on‑time delivery under pressure) Deep understanding of digital, social, and video content production Strong interpersonal & communication skills (across creative/commercial teams) Proven ability to build structure, calm, and clarity in fast‑paced environments Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable, Monday.com) Desirable Experience in professional sports (team, league, major event) Strong familiarity with live sport & reactive content demands Comfort working across multiple time zones/cities Understanding of sponsorship & brand partner deliverables/deadlines Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
