This role is ideal for an experienced Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from design through to construction and commissioning , while working closely with cross-functional teams.The role requires effective management of scope, cost, timelines, and quality, while ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Execute and manage civil and structural engineering projects from concept through to commissioning Perform engineering calculations, design development, and technical analysis Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases Coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams Ensure accurate communication of design intent for project execution Participate in inspections, testing, and quality control activities Support installation activities and provide on-site engineering guidance where required Track project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary Project Planning & Coordination: Contribute to project setup and planning to ensure full scope integration Liaise with planners to monitor schedules and adjust as required Coordinate input from various engineering disciplines Ensure that subcontractors and vendors meet project deliverables and timelines Cost & Commercial Management: Support cost estimation and budgeting activities Monitor and control costs related to design and subcontracted work Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Compliance, Risk & Safety: Ensure that designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, and legislation Maintain accurate project documentation and decision records Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in a project or construction engineering environment Strong experience in design and project execution Knowledge of structural analysis tools such as Prokon, Robot, or Staad Understanding of BIM and 3D modelling workflows Ability to work across engineering disciplines Strong communication and coordination skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
