Maintains stringent stock and cash control procedures as laid down in the company handbook and as per departmental procedures. Ensure that guest satisfaction is maintained at the bar. Co-operates with the fellow bar staff to ensure correct taking of orders and service of beverage according to company standards. The Bar Person will be responsible for the operation of his/her bar.
