We supply the largest variety of pallets to the industrial, agricultural, packaging and wine sectors, to strict international and local requirements. As a registered Heat Treatment facility with the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, we are able to supply pallets to the export market. Role Overview The sales representative will be responsible for selling new and used timber pallets and related logistics solutions to current well-established, and new prospective clients to a wide range of companies in different industries, with the focus on the industrial/manufacturing sector. The role requires excellent relationship management with the technical understanding of timber pallets and the implementation thereof. You will work closely with the general and operations managers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and attending industry events. Build and nurture strong client relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring absolute satisfaction and retention rate. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, contract terms and close deals. Coordinate with internal operations, marketing and logistics to manage inventory, address customer needs promptly and ensure timely delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position your product effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, specifications and customer interactions. Requirements and Skills: Matric certification Three to five years of experience in the sales industry Fluent in Afrikaans and English Own transport Self-motivated and goal orientated.
