WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Own and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Build and maintain relationships with buyers, brokers, and aircraft owners Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closing Negotiate high-value transactions and ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams on deal execution Track market trends to refine pricing and sales strategy Represent the business at global aviation events and client meetings Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports (Optional) Lead and mentor junior sales team members WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years in aircraft sales OR high-value asset sales (e.g. aviation, heavy equipment, capital assets) Strong understanding of aircraft markets, valuation, and transaction processes Proven ability to close large deals and exceed targets Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to operate independently Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Willingness to travel internationally BONUS POINTS Existing network in aviation (brokers, operators, OEMs) Aviation certifications (FAA/EASA, pilot, technical background) Multilingual capabilities
