Why We Need You As our Traffic Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all creative work flows smoothly through the department. You will help lead and direct incoming briefs, allocate work, manage timelines and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned. Working closely with the Traffic Lead, Designers and Marketing teams, you’ll help maintain the high standards and efficiency of our creative output. What You’ll Do You will take ownership of coordination tasks that keep our creative operations running efficiently, including: Creating and managing workflows, schedules and timelines Assigning and prioritising tasks across creative and design teams Managing workload and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time Collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to communicate progress Monitoring projects regularly and providing updates to stakeholders Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business Attending daily stand‑ups with the Head of Design and Traffic Lead Supporting the Traffic Lead with departmental planning and operational needs This role covers your core responsibilities but offers plenty of room to grow as the team evolves.
