Kitchen Griller – Full-time/Part-time Position – Location: V8 Roadhouse, Hartbeespoort What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven experience as a griller in a busy restaurant kitchen. Strong understanding of meat temperatures, prep standards, and portion control. Ability to work clean, fast, and focused during high-pressure service. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and FOH. Reliability — if you say you’re coming, you come. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. What You’ll Be Doing Grilling and cooking all proteins to V8 Roadhouse standards. Maintaining quality, consistency, and portion accuracy on every order. Prepping the grill station before service and shutting it down properly afterward. Keeping the station clean, stocked, and organised. Working with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and fast ticket times. Following all food safety regulations — no shortcuts. About You You’re disciplined, dependable, and serious about your work. You can take pressure without losing your cool. You care about quality — from the first order to the last.
