Key Responsibilities: Manage technical teams , machinery and warehouse department including spares Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform repairs Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities Manage and monitor critical spare parts for machinery Assist in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency Support machine changeovers, servicing, and maintenance planning Maintain a proactive approach to equipment reliability and maintenance Machines include: Injection moulding machines Blow moulding machines Filling machines Labelling machines Soap stamping equipment Minimum Requirements: Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred (Diploma, B.Tech ) Must be a qualified Millwright with Trade Test - Red Seal Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving ability Experience with preventative maintenance and machine servicing Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery effectively Exposure to automated production equipment advantageous The ideal candidate should be technically minded, hands-on, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
