We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join a fast-paced B2B commercial sales team within the FMCG industry. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong, long-term customer relationships across both formal and informal trade channels. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently Promote products through presentations and customer engagement Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions Work closely with internal teams to support sales growth strategies Willingness to travel within assigned territory Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Target‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure Strong organisational and administrative ability Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Requirements Minimum 3–5 years sales experience (preferably FMCG or related industry) Experience in field sales / external sales / territory sales essential Grade 12 (Matric) required Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential) Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
