Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper documentation Perform regular reconciliations (bank, suppliers, intercompany accounts) Support monthly and year-end closing processes Prepare financial reports for headquarters Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations Monitor and follow up on supplier accounts, invoices, and payments Maintain and improve financial records and filing systems Support budget tracking and cost control activities Liaise with operational teams and headquarters to ensure accurate financial reporting Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field Proven experience in a Financial Administrator or similar accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with reconciliations and monthly reporting Good understanding of financial controls in a corporate environment Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems Strong attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Experience in industrial, mining, or logistics environments is an advantage Contact : Email: Whatsapp: Phone: +33 #J-18808-Ljbffr
