Job Description: Prepare and manage consolidated financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisEnsure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all entities within the groupAnalyse financial results, identifying variances and providing meaningful performance insightsOversee core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payrollManage intercompany balances, transactions, and reconciliations across the group structureEnsure full compliance with SARS requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and tax submissionsSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with business objectivesProvide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-makingLead audit processes, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completionStrengthen and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial processesDeliver ad-hoc reports and contribute to broader strategic initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy Skills & Experience: Minimum 35 years experience in an accounting or finance roleExposure to a group or multi-entity environment advantageousStrong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax and VAT regulationsAdvanced Excel skills with experience on accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP)Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and perform well under pressure Qualification: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent For more information connect with us on
