Qualification and Experience Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience Proven experience in high-level stakeholder liaison with external and internal partners Advanced Excel skills are a prerequisite, for example Forecasting and Prediction, Pivot Tables, VBA and Macros. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, reporting, presentations, and coordination of strategic initiatives Act as liaison between the MD, senior management, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders Coordinate and manage board, management, and operational meetings, including agendas, minutes, and board packs Support operational efficiencies through reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives Manage stakeholder relationships, communications, and corporate hospitality standards Oversee company secretarial duties, including shareholder records, statutory compliance, CIPC filings, and AGM coordination Administer trust and governance requirements in line with regulatory standards Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and donation processes Provide financial and analytical support to inform executive decision-making Contribute to strategic planning and ensure effective implementation of governance and operational processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
