Responsibilities: Drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the dealership Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs Remain actively involved in daily sales activities and customer interaction Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Assist with stock management and showroom presentation Work closely with F&I and aftermarket departments to maximise profitability Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure dealership processes and compliance standards are maintained Requirements: Proven track record as a successful Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership Recent experience in a Sales Management or Assistant Sales Management role Strong ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles Cross-selling experience is essential Stable and consistent career history Valid drivers licence Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Good understanding of dealership sales processes Skills & Competencies: Highly sales-driven and target-orientated Young, vibrant, and energetic personality Hands-on leadership style Strong customer engagement and relationship-building ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Self-motivated with strong initiative and enthusiasm Professional presentation and positive attitude Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
