Taking full ownership and responsibility for operational delivery and stability of clients assigned, and support other SDMs in delivery to their clients as a team player Main function of the Job Azure AD – Azure AD Connect, Application registration, SSO integration, Password hash and pass thru, P1 & P2 benefits, WVD, VPN and ExpressRoute MS AD – User and device management, Group Policy, upgrade Aware of basic networking concepts like subnetting, VLAN Good to have working knowledge on Zscaler – Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups Fortinet SASE – FortiSASE cloud‑delivered security, SD‑WAN, Zero Trust, and integration with hybrid cloud environments. Roles often combine networking and cybersecurity responsibilities, requiring hands‑on Fortinet product experience, cloud adoption skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Netskope – Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups Backup – Dell EMC networker and Backup exec backup and restoration Security – Microsoft Purview and Defender Cisco Nutanix – managing, supporting, and optimizing Nutanix hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI), including Acropolis (AOS), Prism, and virtualization platforms administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and automation Windows – In-place or side to side upgrade, security hardening, study event log, BCM Client management and Helix – Patching, remote support, discovery, monitoring Skill Requirements Client focused and excellent interpersonal relationships Active listening – ability to understand client’s requirements Ability to work independently & a positive team playerA comprehensive understanding of network and data centre industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels of the business To be able to communicate professionally in English (reading/understanding, spoken, written) Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
