Support APEX by handling tickets and NOC‑related customer issues, escalating to Tier 4 when needed. Alert on node capacity issues, troubleshoot using PRTG, track problematic connections, and collaborate with network engineers to optimise performance. Execute all operational instructions and directives from the NOC Manager as required.
