Purpose of Job To contribute to the identification of Learning and Development needs and coordinate the plans behind the design, development, management and delivery of Learning and Development solutions. Key Accountabilities Identify basic L&D needs within assigned areas. Support the design and scheduling of training programs. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness. Coordinate program logistics and participant enrollment. Document feedback for training improvements. Maintain and update training schedules. Provide administrative support to trainers. Ensure compliance with L&D protocols.
