About The Role We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of core product areas within HyperDev. You'll work directly with the co-founders (technical + commercial) to shape product direction, prioritise what gets built, and ensure we're solving real user problems. This is a hands‑on role in a small, product‑heavy team. You'll be expected to move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and work closely with engineers to ship meaningful improvements fast. What You'll Do Own and drive the product roadmap across key areas of the HyperDev platform Work closely with engineers to define, scope, and ship features Translate user needs, feedback, and data into clear product decisions Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing speed, impact, and technical constraints Write clear product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with commercial and growth teams to align product with business goals Analyse product performance and iterate based on real usage Improve internal product processes as we scale Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years as an individual contributor product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products. Have technical proficiency, ideally including hands‑on coding or deep technical familiarity. Demonstrated experience with product discovery and agile delivery. Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical groups. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills. Ability to drive progress proactively in ambiguous environments. Extra points if you: Startup experience or zero‑to‑one product building.
