Your missions Ensure delivery effectiveness across multiple squads Act as hands‑on Scrum Master for one squad Lead and coach Scrum Masters covering additional squads Remove impediments and manage dependencies across squads Engage and align with stakeholders to support delivery objectives Monitor and report on squad performance and delivery metrics Foster a culture of continuous improvement within squads Support adoption and best practices of Agile methodologies Your profile Experience in Agile delivery roles (7+ years) Experience leading or coaching Scrum Masters Experience with impediment removal and dependency management Experience with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools Academic background: relevant degree in business, engineering, or IT (if applicable) English fluent. Additional language is a plus.
