Reference 10978 CM Consultant Christa Mostert Job Description Planning and Procurement Liaise with overseas bottlers to ensure latest production cost are always used Liaise with key personnel to ensure production is being moved to appropriate overseas bottlers Liaise with key personnel to ensure that NPD and Sales are aware and involved in key decision‐making activities Liaise with key personnel to ensure bulk wine is being procured at the appropriate time and price Pro‑actively analyses trends in activities within the company and presents possible solutions, pro‑active course / correction measures. Manages and controls monthly variances in stock management and dry goods control and cost of sales as it relates to overseas bottling as required by Group Commercial Head Financial and Administration Processes Advise correct procedures are followed for all planning and procurement of stock productions Advise on administration processes to ensure stock is optimised for overseas bottling Ensure that all controls are being followed and create required KPIs accordingly Ensure that Qlik is updated with all required information Ensure that the lowest logical level of stock and dry goods are being procured and kept. Liaise with Group Commercial head and IT head with key data requests Costings for overseas bottlings and related budget process Recoveries for overseas bottling Sign off of overseas invoices in collaboration with Group Commercial Head Ad hoc calculations to determine commercial decision‑making. Coordinate customs & excise related matters to ensure cost effective import of wine into SA Asset Management Ensures Stock variances vs budget are monitored and an action plan is in place to ensure reduction in stock variances. Financial Support Participates in management review meetings and decision making processes. Provides management information to Group Financial Director when required Control particular stock reports from ClickView and ensures it is accurate, robust and user friendly. Coordinate the reporting activities as it relates to bottling overseas From time to time lead tender processes Ensure global contracts align with commercial and financial strategic intent. Qualifications Appropriate Accounting Qualification (CIMA +5 years) Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadly similar position with exposure to operations and manufacturing with experience in a costing environment. Microsoft Skills, Analytical and Creative problem-solving skills, Good administrative and organisational skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic Thinker, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Attention to detail, Logical thinker, Self‑motivated, Sound business acumen, shows initiative and is proactive.
