Minimum Requirements Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering OR Structural Engineering Minimum of 10 - 15 years experience in civil & structural design Proven hands on experience on mining projects within an EPCM environment Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD , Civil 3D , Revit , or similar Strong understanding of structural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within a team Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Leadership and mentoring capability
