Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of hospital clients. Coordinate and book allied health professionals into available shifts based on client requirements. Ensure shifts are filled efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and allied health professionals. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support business development initiatives. Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication with both clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with operational and staffing processes. Requirements Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager with Temporary Employment Services (TES) experience, specifically within allied health recruitment or a similar healthcare staffing environment. Strong sales, client management, and business development skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential due to the client base). Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
