About the position The purpose of this role is to support and contribute to the execution of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and structured deals. The Associate plays a core role in transaction delivery by producing financial models, managing due diligence processes, coordinating stakeholders, preparing transaction documentation, and supporting negotiations through to deal closing. The Associate operates with a high degree of accountability across live mandates, works closely with Directors and Senior Associates on transaction strategy and execution, and provides day‑to‑day guidance to junior team members involved in transaction support activities. Decision making authority This position may independently perform transaction‑related financial analysis, modelling, due diligence coordination, documentation review, and selected client‑facing activities within agreed transaction frameworks. Escalation is required for pricing strategy, commercial deal terms, transaction structuring decisions, material negotiations, and binding client commitments. Qualifications Honours degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience and Skills 4–7 years’ relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions, capital markets, investment sales, leasing transactions, or financial analysis. Advanced financial and transactional modelling. Deal analysis and investment evaluation. Due diligence coordination and review. Transaction documentation preparation. Client and counterparty engagement support. Strong organisational and deadline‑management skills. Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable requirement of this vacancy.
