Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 minimum with 3+ years working experience in an admin support role - would suit an all round office co-ordinator Valid Drivers licence SalesForce knowledge - preferable Previous exposure to NGO / NPO space or a passion for this nature of industry Marketing, Event planning and coordination experience Attentional to detail The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Fundraising Operations & Donor SupportCapture and manage daily donations across multiple platforms Ensure timely donor acknowledgements and tax certificates (S18A) Maintain accurate donor records and reporting Support donor stewardship and relationship building Volunteer Programme Co-ordinationCoordinate and promote national volunteer initiatives Engage with corporates, schools, and community groups Facilitate volunteer bookings, communication, and event hosting Maintain and update the volunteer database Events, Campaigns & Marketing SupportAssist with planning and execution of events and campaigns Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and registrations Capture content (photos/videos) to support marketing efforts Manage marketing materials and asset distribution General SupportMaintain stakeholder databases and information systems Manage shared inbox communications Provide administrative and coordination support to the team Assist leadership with ad hoc support when required Sal ary : Based on previous experience and suitability
