The technical team is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to work in a small, collaborative environment while supporting multiple clients of varying sizes across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and basic network administration. Key responsibilities: Remote & on-site support (PCs, laptops, printers) Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Basic configurations -Routers, switches, firewalls DNS, DHCP, and VLANs Backups & disaster recovery Onboarding/offboarding & documentation VoIP (Plus point): SIP, QoS, basic troubleshooting Essential Requirements: Strong Windows (desktop/server) skills Solid networking knowledge Good communication & customer focus Ability to handle multi-tenant MSP environments Valid driver's license Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans.
