Responsibilities Report directly to the CEO and assume full operational ownership across accommodation, food and beverage, guest services, safari activities, and maintenance. Implement robust systems and processes to maintain high service standards. Develop and mentor local Mozambican talent to build a world‑class team. Ensure every guest experience is seamless and memorable. Qualifications A genuine passion for hospitality excellence with a strong focus on service standards and guest experience in high‑end environments. 8–10+ years of senior operational leadership experience within luxury safari, lodge, or remote hospitality operations. Proven ability to implement and maintain structured operational systems and SOPs, with a strong process‑driven approach. Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams, with a focus on growing local talent. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting within remote or logistically complex environments. Energetic, proactive, and solutions‑driven, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements independently. Experience managing multi‑department operations and navigating the challenges of remote logistics. Open‑minded and forward‑thinking, with the ability to adapt and contribute to evolving hospitality concepts. Physically fit, resilient, and comfortable living and working in a remote wilderness setting. Contactable references are essential. Position Details Full‑time, live‑in position in Mozambique.
