Qualifications Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science or equivalent prior learning Minimum of 3 years experience in testing environment in a similar role Certified Test Analyst Experience supervising a technical team advantageous Responsibilities Provide high level estimates, against high-level requirements, for work items as they progress through a demand management system Provide detailed test estimates for upcoming tasks as input into sprint or project planning Review and refine high-level business requirements and transform these requirements into test artifacts Assist and guide team in creating, documenting and implementing test plans, test cases and test strategies Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors to identify, troubleshoot, investigate and resolve issues and improve product features, documenting any changes and resolutions as may be required Play an active role in the recommendation of changes to improve established application processes and procedures Establish test automation guidelines and tools to promote test delivery efficiencies Create and maintain technical documentation, define technical documentation templates and prescribed policies and procedures Ensure that the requisite technical supporting documentation, in line with the established company's development standards and internal policies is created and adhered to at all times Build and maintain a test environment that is representative of production Fix Verification/Impact Analysis: Developing or recommending solutions to fix any problems discovered during testing Reproduce issues and verify no further regressions are caused by the fix Breakdown, prioritize and execute tasks to achieve product deliverables per sprint Provide estimates for initial high-level requirements and more detailed estimates for upcoming tasks as input into sprint planning Ensure that the testing conducted is in line with the output and success requirements of the applicable sprint Report test results and conduct defect trend analysis Verify that the companydelivers software solutions that are of appropriate quality and delivered in line with any applicable contractual obligations Conduct and manage handover processes from QA to Operations for accurate implementations within the production environment Set an example through personal quality and productivity standards and ways of working with others Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organisational and team needs Through effective inspirational leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all stakeholders Role model behavior and motivate team members in line with the core values Provide support and guidance on on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring to team Develop, promote and direct the implementation of equal opportunities policies in all aspects of the companys work Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
