1. Role Purpose The Change Management Specialist is responsible for driving successful organisational change, business readiness, user adoption, and transformation enablement across strategic EBU programmes, digital platforms, operational initiatives, and customer transformation projects. 2. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning Develop and execute change management strategies and implementation plans Conduct organisational impact and readiness assessments Develop stakeholder engagement and change adoption plans Align change activities to programme and transformation roadmaps Support enterprise transformation and digital enablement initiatives Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Engage and manage impacted stakeholders across EBU Support leadership alignment and sponsorship enablement Establish and coordinate Change Champion networks Facilitate business engagement workshops and alignment sessions Drive resistance management interventions Communication Management Develop and execute communication strategies and awareness campaigns Deliver targeted messaging to impacted business units Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions, roadshows, and townhalls Ensure consistent communication across transformation programmes Training & Business Readiness Conduct training needs analysis and readiness assessments Coordinate role-based enablement and adoption activities Partner with Learning & Development teams on training execution Support go‑live readiness and hypercare activities Drive operational readiness assessments Adoption & Reinforcement Measure adoption, utilisation, and user engagement levels Develop reinforcement and sustainment strategies Monitor behavioural change and business adoption metrics Track change KPIs and benefits realization Drive continuous improvement initiatives Governance & Reporting Maintain change management documentation and reporting Ensure alignment to enterprise governance standards Participate in programme governance forums and steering committees Support risk identification and mitigation activities Prepare executive and operational reporting dashboards 3. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Development / Leadership & Transformation Mandatory: Change Management Certification Prosci / APMG / Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) / CCMP or SAFe Agile 4. Experience 5–8+ years in managing change management projects Experience in managing organisational change or organisational development Experience in training teams and digital enablement; experience engaging with executive and senior leadership stakeholders Experience working within matrix and cross‑functional environments 5.
