Introduction Ensure quality IT product delivery to end users by providing a consistent framework for defining and creating new services. Monitor and track implementation of planned IT Service changes for effective control and risk treatment while maintaining availability, performance, security and compliance of business services. Release Management Plan 12-month Events Calendar and monthly Releases Consult with IT, business and vendor stakeholders Deliver changes with minimal disruption and incidents Review documents and progress reports for releases Mitigate risks and resolve issues with Release team Ensure quality and sustainability of production systems Provide specialist input on Release Management processes Change Management Apply cost-effective principles for departmental targets Ensure continual improvement of IT Change Management Team Analyze trends to identify weaknesses and develop solutions Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly stakeholder reports Track progress of every initiated IT Change Review quality of each IT Change logged Make decisions on implementation approval and priorities Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings Provide IT Change process training Additional Duties Deployment planning and data conversions Communication and training on system interfaces IT Events Calendar coordination Policy and procedure documentation Audit support and compliance Stakeholder relationship management Required Skills and Experience Experience: 5-10 years in Release Management and IT Change Management roles Key Skills: Software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) Data analysis and decision-making Policy Development and System Development Qualifications IT Degree or Diploma ITIL Foundation Certificate ITIL Create, Deliver & Support (Advantage) ServiceNow Fundamentals (Advantage) #J-18808-Ljbffr
