We are looking for an experienced pastry professional with a strong eye for detail, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a refined kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to exceptional standards Assisting with seasonal menu development and creative pastry ideas Managing stock control, stock rotation, and minimising wastage Ensuring quality control of ingredients and pastry equipment Leading and mentoring junior pastry staff within the kitchen brigade Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Supporting a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen culture Requirements: Relevant culinary qualification preferred Previous experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment Strong pastry, baking, and dessert plating experience Creative, organised, and highly detail orientated Able to work well under pressure within a busy kitchen environment Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills Willingness to work hospitality shifts, weekends, and public holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
