Produce clear, engaging brand copy, including advertising copy, product introductions, social media captions and promotional content. Ensure all design and copy outputs meet brand standards, with attention to detail and adherence to agreed timelines. Work closely with the Brand Social Media Operations Manager and PR team to deliver matching visual and copy support for social media campaigns and brand promotions. Provide visual and copy support for new product launches and brand events, collaborating with the product team to effectively communicate product benefits. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Advertising or related fields; 3-5 years of brand visual design and copywriting experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – essential for high-quality design output; strong aesthetic sense and ability to uphold consistent brand visual tonality. Excellent brand copywriting skills; experience in the tile/building materials industry is highly advantageous. Understanding of brand communication principles, able to integrate visual design and copy to deliver a cohesive brand message. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams (social media, PR, product) and meet agreed deadlines consistently. Rigorous, detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong execution and innovation; able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language proficiency is a valuable bonus.
