Key Responsibilities Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including adverts, brochures, manuals, presentations, signage, and promotional items Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team for campaigns and initiatives Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality standards Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and business requirements Oversee and guide the Junior DTP Operator, including quality control, workflow management, and task allocation Review and approve final artwork before release or print Collaborate with the Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive campaign execution across platforms Assist with event-related design requirements, including trade shows, activations, and promotional collateral Qualifications Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (Diploma or Degree preferred) Experience 35 years experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a marketing or in-house environment Proven experience producing both print and digital design work Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across different formats Experience preparing artwork for print production (layout, colour, file setup, etc.) Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency Experience overseeing or mentoring junior design or DTP staff Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Solid understanding of: Print production processes and requirements Layout, typography, and visual hierarchy File preparation for various outputs (print, digital, large format) Skills & Competencies Strong creative and conceptual thinking High attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Leadership capability to guide and support junior team members Advantageous Basic motion graphics or video editing skills Experience in automotive, technical, or product-based industries Exposure to digital design requirements (web, social media assets) Reporting Structure Reports to: Marketing Manager Works closely with: Digital Content & Marketing Specialist Oversees: Junior DTP Operator
