Responsibilities Maintain, develop, and grow the industrial customer base across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan and drive the Industrial strategy plan Accountabilities Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan Achievement of 95% customer call rate Achieve 90% strike rate – potential customer business Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan Manage debtors and stock – within reason.
