Scope To manage the growth and relationship of the Client’s Corporate Account with the Lifestyle Company. This is a front‑facing commercial role measured on driving up usage of the service by all registered members, meeting all service level agreement metrics (SLAs), and generating commercially viable ideas to increase profitability. Responsibilities Set agenda for bi‑weekly meetings and prepare materials in advance with relevant team members across the region. Run monthly and bi‑weekly meetings, send internal updates on outcomes, and follow up promptly after each meeting. Agree on agenda and prepare presentations for the bi‑monthly meeting with South Africa Senior Management and Key Client Contact. Schedule training sessions for the Client and communicate updates from corporate meetings. Communicate with Johannesburg‑based Member Lifestyle Managers to set priorities and brief the team on developments. Log all requests in accordance with the Client’s guidelines and contractual requirements. Set penetration, request, and renewal targets for all markets and provide clear, concise weekly progress reports to management. Complete accurate monthly reporting and respond to Client queries. Collaborate with Operations, Communications, and Travel teams to scope and deliver new developments as agreed. Conduct regular meetings or calls with direct reports to set priorities for the account. Assist the Client with organizing events for Lifestyle Education. Qualifications & Experience 4–5 years in a similar role within a lifestyle or luxury travel company. 3–5 years of account‑management experience, ideally within the luxury industry or a major advertising/marketing agency. Background in operations with strong knowledge of developing CRM systems. Experience budgeting and running an account. Own vehicle. Only South African nationals will be considered.
