About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The PM will own the product vision and roadmap for AI at Yassir, driving the transformation toward an AI‑optimized marketplace. The AI team collaborates across domains (ride‑hailing, delivery, financial services) and seeks to challenge the status quo, identify visionary value‑creation opportunities, and reinvent customer experiences with pioneering AI solutions. Responsibilities Craft a robust strategy to leverage AI at scale, working with customers and app domains to understand marketplace dynamics and identify opportunities. Own the product roadmap and oversee its execution, balancing requirements across products and countries while maintaining team health. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Utilize data‑driven insights to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators, and iterate on features to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Foster strong ties with partner teams (across product, marketing, operations, etc.), communicate progress and results, anticipate roadblocks and align objectives. Mentor co‑workers, create a culture of feedback and trust, and actively contribute to personal and team growth. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, solving business problems using AI/ML products. Demonstrated proficiency in AI technologies and machine‑learning concepts, with a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with development teams. Successful track record managing products across remote teams. Experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility, on‑demand, or delivery space is a plus.
