Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a complex financial services environment. The successful candidate will enable high-performing Scrum teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure consistent delivery of business value. Qualifications (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field Certifications (Mandatory) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II) Or equivalent recognized Scrum certification Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery Protect teams from external disruptions and manage dependencies Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization Track and report on Agile delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown charts Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams Foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders Ensure Agile delivery aligns with organizational objectives and governance standards Required Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment Proven experience within banking or financial services Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams Exposure to enterprise-scale, regulated environments Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean frameworks Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps Ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
