Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor Develop concepts, prototypes, and refined designs aligned with client needs and industry standards Collaborate with engineers, production, and quality teams across the product lifecycle Produce technical documentation, including assembly instructions and maintenance manuals Conduct prototype testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety Implement design improvements based on test results Identify cost-saving opportunities through design optimization, material selection, and process improvements Work with procurement and manufacturing teams to implement efficient solutions Participate in design reviews and stay updated with industry trends and best practices Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing technical support Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.) and stay informed on regulatory updates Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in mechanical design within the FMCG or manufacturing sector Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and VAULT Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials Experience with product development and machinery design Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Why Join Us?
