REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Matric Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer qualifications Experience within the automotive/automation industry KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS In-depth knowledge of production processes, layouts, and facilities. Excellent insight into total company Engineering, planning, manufacturing systems, and pre-calculated costing practices. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). Good analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving. Assertive with facilitation skills. Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels. Extremely motivated, flexible, and able to perform in stressful environments. Working knowledge of Technical German Language. Willingness to travel internationally at short notice. JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulating and compiling detailed product specifications. Keeping projects on budget. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects. Problem identification and resolution. Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Managing project issues, risks, and actions. Managing project changes to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessments of results.
