We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation workflows Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to support marketing initiatives Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices Assist with brand development and online reputation management Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition channels Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms Strong copywriting and content creation skills Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce marketing environments Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Core Competencies Creativity and innovation Analytical thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and organization Communication and collaboration Adaptability and time management Results-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
