Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with a focus on POSM (Point of Sale Materials), marketing campaigns, and print production. The Project Manager will coordinate end-to-end delivery of POSM and marketing materials, from briefing and planning through creative development, production, and in-market execution. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and suppliers; overseeing print specifications and quality; and ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. The role involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, mitigate risks, and resolve issues quickly. The Project Manager will also track performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and consistency across campaigns. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery of POSM, print, and marketing projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively across internal teams, suppliers, and client partners. Proven organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking for marketing and print production initiatives. Working knowledge of marketing principles, particularly shopper marketing, retail activation, and POSM/print processes. Experience in FMCG, retail, or similar consumer-focused sectors is advantageous. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software). Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
