Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the printing industry. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability across various design projects. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality output. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Client & Concept Development Interpret client briefs and translate ideas into creative and effective design solutions. Prepare and present design concepts and proposals for client review and approval. Revise and refine artwork based on client feedback to ensure final satisfaction. Design Production & Output Create and develop high-quality print materials including brochures, posters, and business cards. Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet required technical specifications. Deliver completed design work within agreed timelines and budget parameters. Branding & Consistency Ensure consistency of branding across all visual materials and design outputs. Maintain alignment with established brand guidelines across all projects. Workflow & Industry Standards Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and evolving design technologies.
