We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Recruitment/HR Consultant to support ongoing hiring and people initiatives on a part‑time, contractor basis. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who is highly proactive, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a strong “get-things-done” mindset. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on active candidate sourcing, market mapping, and direct search, rather than relying solely on job ads. Depending on experience, the role may also involve broader HR advisory support. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of roles (commercial, technical, operational, or corporate) Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and direct search Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communications Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability advice HR Support (as required) Support onboarding and probation processes Assist with performance management and employee relations matters Provide practical HR advice aligned with business needs Support HR documentation and compliance where required About You Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency, in‑house, or consulting background) globally Strong hands‑on sourcing capability with confidence in proactive candidate search Results‑oriented with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working on a contractor / part‑time basis HR generalist experience is an advantage but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
