Responsibilities Account for the sales and key account management of the Stryker Emergency Care products, maintaining and expanding business within the assigned territory. Schedule and attend appointments with existing and potential customers, distributors and stakeholders. Demonstrate products to clinical personnel and provide product and technical information. Achieve sales targets and manage sales budgets per territory for the SBU. Network with new customers, develop relationships, and manage existing accounts. Request and follow up on quotations, and support technical services as needed. Record all activities in Force Manager CRM and maintain general administration. Plan and conduct workshops, conferences, congresses, and educational events for customers. Effective promotion of the product portfolio and manage marketing activities, including customer workshops and educational events. Conduct daily calls to customers and prospects, and maintain customer profiling and mapping tools to grow product families. Assist in stock management, including stock rotation, demo equipment, and consignment stock feedback. Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and reporting documents to the Business Unit Manager and senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory SOPs, SA regulations, and the Code of Business Ethics. Support training of new customers and employees on the product range. Participate in company business and sales meetings, providing input to management, and assist in planning congresses. Follow credit policies, manage company expenses within the marketing budget, and submit expense claims on time. Maintain the company’s ethical position and communicate business conduct policies effectively. Qualifications Grade 12 (NSC) minimum requirement. Relevant degree or diploma is an advantage. Project management and sales experience an advantage. Medical-management or marketing qualification would be a definite advantage. Extensive experience with EMS is an advantage. Previous sales, project management, or similar role an advantage. Previous key account management experience required. Knowledge of hospital groups and ambulance builders as target customers. Clinical and product knowledge is a definite advantage. Existing relationships with customer base are a definite advantage. Computer literacy and proficiency on MS Office, specifically Excel level 2+ and MS Word, is required. Skills & Competencies Advanced planning and organizational skills.
