This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional with a background in the food industry who excels at building client relationships and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will work full-time in-office with specific office hours, however there is flexibility in terms of your start time. The role focuses on expanding the regional footprint by converting new business leads and managing an existing portfolio. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the position involves high-volume telephonic engagement, strategic upselling, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximise gross profit and turnover. Key Responsibilities New Business Development : Identify and contact potential leads to convert them through the full sales cycle and acquire new accounts. Account Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high service levels. Sales Execution : Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Revenue Optimisation : Actively upsell and communicate current promotions to increase turnover and gross profit margins. Order Coordination : Manage client orders and liaise with the support team to ensure seamless invoicing and pricing processes. Performance Tracking : Monitor and exceed KPIs while ensuring all sales administration is accurate and up to date.
