The Role: Senior IT Support TechnicianThis role is responsible for delivering advanced technical support, handling escalated helpdesk queries, and mentoring junior technicians. The position requires strong technical knowledge across core IT systems, the ability to troubleshoot effectively, and a commitment to continuous learning. The role is based on-site in Edenvale with travel required to client sites when needed. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in IT support or a similar role. Provide Tier 3 helpdesk support and resolve escalated technical issues. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments. Manage and support Sophos firewall solutions. Mentor and guide junior technicians. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues. Support client environments both remotely and on-site. Travel to client sites as required. About You Minimum 5 years experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Sophos firewalls. Experience in Tier 3 helpdesk support.
