This role balances high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution, focusing on optimizing existing accounts and onboarding high‑volume strategic billers. Responsibilities Growth & Acquisition: Drive transaction volumes by sourcing and onboarding new high‑volume billers while scaling existing accounts. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and manage strategic partnerships with banks and referral networks. Innovation: Identify and implement creative payment solutions to expand the Pay@ service offering. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams; partner with Marketing to boost brand presence. Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth service delivery for all biller activities and provide detailed reporting on sales performance and forecasts. Minimum Requirements Education: Relevant tertiary qualification. Experience: 5–8 years of experience in the payments or financial industry, featuring referenceable enterprise‑level sales and CRM success. Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem, including retail, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, and settlement/acquiring. Logistics: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; ability to travel frequently. Language: Fluency in business English (additional languages are a beneficial bonus).
