Qualifications Matric / Senior Certificates Requirements Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar. Minimum 5 years sales experience in the retail sector managing DIY and Industrial retail stores. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual – English & Afrikaans Valid Drivers Licence Duties Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Mpumalanga specifically the Lowveld region. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers end users and resellers. Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer. Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management. Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
