Assisting customers by explaining products and guiding them through the buying process. Making outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and overall business goals. Providing excellent customer service to build strong, long-term client relationships. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive, customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment. Ability to work well in a team. No previous experience required — training will be provided.
