What you’ll need Matric (Grade 12) with Maths and Science (Higher Grade pass). Diploma in a Technical or Production‑related field. Technical or Production‑related Certificate (NQF 5) Trade Test. First Line Management Certificate (NQF 5). 5+ years in production/maintenance in manufacturing, with 2+ years at supervisory level. What you’ll do Lead your shift like a pro guide, motivate, and support your team to hit production targets. Keep production smooth—make sure resources, machines, and people are working at their best. Maintain high standards—quality checks, safety compliance, and housekeeping are always on your watch. Plan ahead—prevent breakdowns by arranging maintenance and keeping equipment in top shape. Stay on budget—avoid waste, control costs, and look for smart savings. Work with others—team up with different departments to keep operations flowing. Document everything—complete production records, maintenance logs, and safety checks. Skills & strengths we love Confident leader who can make quick, smart decisions.
