Ensure all designs reflect our brand's aesthetic and maintain high standards of visual quality and originality. Conduct Trend research and preparation for critical path meetings Create Seasonal map sheets Build tech packs and supplier briefs Maintain CAD library and seasonal colour pallets Understand trade patterns and design in line with customer preferences Constantly drive innovation in the design space Qualifications and Experience Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design 3+ years of proven experience as a clothing Graphic Designer, within the fashion industry is non-negotiable 2+ years' experience working in apparel as a Graphic Designer Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator) An understanding of streetwear would be an added advantage 3D experience advantageous Analyze Graphics performance across the brand Skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to lead processes and communicate effectively Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
