Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric Certificate). 23 years' retail management or leadership experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store employees to achieve business objectives. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets. Develop and implement initiatives to attract new customers and increase store footfall. Recruit, train, and onboard new employees. Effectively manage customer queries, complaints, and concerns. Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise. Oversee pricing accuracy, stock control, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Prepare and manage store administration and reporting requirements. Liaise regularly with Head Office and provide operational feedback. Ensure the overall profitability and successful operation of the store.
